Textile artist Hanna Yokozawa Farquharson builds upon connections through her culture of wabi-sabi – an embracing of the aesthetic beauty of imperfection. By reimagining vintage Japanese kimonos and kimono sashes or obis, Gaia (earth) Symphony invites the viewer to consider our resonance and presence on earth through a myriad of senses.
