Grasslands Gallery Online is unveiling a brand new art gallery page, featuring curated holiday gift collections of beautiful Saskatchewan artworks by a fascinating group of talented artists.

The gift of art is the perfect way to express your sentiments during the holiday season, and this new curated collection will make it easier than ever for you to find that special gift for your loved ones (or yourself!).

Starting November 19, collections will be updated weekly until December 17 at https://grasslandsgallery.com/curated-holiday-gift-collections/

Thoughts of a Prairie Summer, a multi-artist exhibition sponsored by Grasslands Gallery Online, Saskatchewan’s only fully online professional commercial art gallery, based in Val Marie. Exhibition continues until September 3, 2023.

In A Swiftly Tilting Planet, a new virtual exhibition opening April 19 at Grasslands Gallery Online www.grasslandsgallery.com to welcome Earth Day 2022 and continuing for the weeks following, artists with Grasslands Gallery Online explore the gifts of this remarkable place we inhabit. The exhibition title is taken from a 1978 book by Madeleine L’Engle and an early 20th century poem by Conrad Aiken, suggesting this time in the world's history when if we don't pay attention to the beauty around us, we will surely lose it.

With this exhibition, Grasslands Gallery Online offers both reinvigoration and peace. As those of us in the northern hemisphere wait for an end to cold and darkness, perhaps this is also a time of imagining a new season, a new light, new ideas. The artists shown here are bringers of light, whether it be in their interpretation of nature or in their marks and materials. Birds, flowers, a path in a meadow, a view into space, a view into pure colour – this exhibition organized by Grasslands Gallery Online brings new and favourite artworks by thirteen artists operating at the peak of their powers.
